Is it safe to treat my skin with Epibright for any length of time that I desire?

Epibright is safe for use as an everyday cream for as long as a person would care to treat. It should be emphasized that consumers should always use a sunblock product of at least 15 SPF while using Epibright.

Will Epibright cause any irritation of the skin or other adverse side effects?

As with any facial cream, it is important to test how your skin will react before beginning full treatment. Epibright has a wonderful combination of very powerful lightening agents in the ingredients list. However, the gentle organic extracts soothe and minimize any irritation that may take place early in treatment.

Are there any potential serious side effects
when using Epibright?

No. Epibright is a largely organic product whose active ingredients have never been sited in any study relating to skin disease. As with any skin lightening product, certain risks are associated with exposure to the sun. Again, be SURE to use a sunblock product of at least 15 SPF when using Epibright.

How long does it take to see tangible results
when using Epibright?

Regular treatment with Epibright normally brings initial results within 2 weeks of use. Skin condition, natural pigmentation and darkness of complexion will all change result times for individual cases.

How long will the 1.5 ounce dispenser
of Epibright last?

The airless packaging dispenses exactly 1 milliliter per pump, which is sufficient for a single application in 2 locations. Each jar should last up to 2 months if the treatment area is small and 1 month for the treatment of larger areas of skin.

How should I apply Epibright?

Epibright should always be applied to recently washed and gently dried skin for maximum effect. Gently rub Epibright into the areas meant for treatment with fingers/hands until fully absorbed. After applying Epibright properly, feel free to apply a sun block cream and any daily moisturizing cream of choice.

Does Epibright work on darker complexions
and/or ethnic skin tones?

Absolutely. Customers with darker skin tones should expect to treat for slightly longer periods of time to achieve desired results but Epibright has been formulated to even the skin tones of all pigmentations and natural skin colors.

Is it safe for pregnant women and mothers who are nursing to use Epibright?

We suggest that all pregnant and nursing women avoid using Epibright and all lightening creams for that matter until after nursing has concluded. No definitive tests or studies have been done for undeniable proof of safety.

Can Epibright cause my skin to "break out" or peel?

When using a quality skin lightening cream for the first time, it is possible that those with tender skin could experience some light peeling or a minor blemish or two. This is absolutely normal and should not discourage treatment. If the condition persists beyond one week, suspend use and consult a medical professional.

Can I mix Epibright with other existing creams that I use?

Although using other creams after applying Epibright is perfectly fine, we do not suggest the direct mixing of Epibright with any of your other facial creams. Use a daily moisturizer or another skin cream after applying Epibright and allowing the cream to fully absorb.

Can Epibright be used on the body?

Yes. Although Epibright is largely intended for use on the hands and from the neck up, there is no harm in using Epibright on other areas of the body. However, avoid getting Epibright into the eyes or mouth.

Can I wear makeup after applying Epibright?

Absolutely. However, we suggest a waiting period of 5-10 minutes before applying makeup, cream and/or sun block so Epibright has a change to fully absorb into the skin.

How should I store Epibright?

Keep all dispensers of Epibright stored in a cool, dark place with no direct sunlight. Skin lightening creams have elements that will oxidize and change color if in contact with sunlight and/or heat.

Is Epibright tested on animals?

Absolutely not. Epibright is laboratory-tested on human beings that choose to volunteer as test subjects.

At this time Epibright can only be purchased at www.Epibright.com and a large variety on online marketplaces. Epibright is in the process of extensive testing in order to be sold in retail outlets.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Purchased can be made with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express card. Sending a money order or certified check is an additional option. However, please contact our customer service department for instructions on how to do so BEFORE sending any payment.

Can Epibright be shipped to countries outside of the United States?

Where is Epibright manufactured?

Epibright, and all Sisquoc Healthcare products for that matter, are manufactured in the United States just outside of Los Angeles, California.

How long does it take to receive my order and how will it be shipped?

All orders of Epibright generally leave our warehouses in California, USA within 24-48 hours of the time of purchase. Standard domestic orders are shipped via USPS and UPS will deliver expedited domestic and all international orders. Can I return Epibright if for any reason I am not satisfied?

Of course. All orders of Epibright are accompanied by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with the results you have received from Epibright, simply mail all remaining product and packaging back to us within 60 days of the purchase date and we will refund your purchase (less shipping charges) as soon as we receive your return.
